Refund policy

Kaoui has a no returns and no exchanges policy. All sales are final.

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please email help@kaoui.co.uk within 14 days of purchase.

If the incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout or if parcel is unclaimed for, customer will have to cover postage charge again to be resent the package once it is returned back to us.
