We use Royal Mail as our courier service for all domestic UK orders.

Click & Collect

We aim to prepare all Click & Collect orders for collection within 48hrs. Please note we only accept cash for any additional products you may want to purchase when collecting your order.

Orders over £80- FREE

Estimated Delivery

Birmingham (Same Day if the address is within a 5 miles radius of B218AB): Cut Off time for same day delivery is 4pm, we aim to deliver your order by 9pm.  Any orders placed after 4pm will be delivered the following day.

Please note we do not post out deliveries on the weekend and bank holiday, and they will be posted out on the next working day.

Postal Delivery within UK:  UK orders arrive in 2-4 business days once dispatched. 

Please note: We only ship within the U.K.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order with Kaoui, you are securing a product before it is officially in stock. Estimated arrival dates are provided based on supplier timelines and are subject to change due to unforeseen delays.

  • Pre-orders are final and non-refundable. Once placed, they cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Payment for pre-orders is taken at the time of purchase to reserve your item.

  • If there are any delays beyond the estimated arrival date, we will notify you via email with updates.

  • Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they arrive at our facility. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship everything together unless otherwise requested.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We appreciate your patience and support in securing your favorite skincare products in advance!

Returns

Kaoui has a no returns and no exchanges policy. All sales are final.

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please email help@kaoui.co.uk within 14 days of purchase.

If the incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout or if parcel is unclaimed for, customer will have to cover postage charge again to be resent the package once it is returned back to us. 

Cancellations

Please email us help@kaoui.com with your order number in order to cancel your order. Please note we can only cancel your order if it is not yet shipped out.
